This 20 minute workout is designed to be fast and intense to fit in with your busy schedules.
HIIT Fitness (High Intensity Interval Training) is a type of workout comprising short workout periods followed by a short rest periods. We have worked closely with cricket professionals to bring you a cricket bowling programme to help improve rotator cuff stability and core strength, the key areas required when bowling.
Due to the repetitive nature of bowling shoulder injuries often occur so our programme is designed to strengthen these areas to help avoid injury. All of the exercises are suitable for adults and children alike and whatever your level of cricket. For more information get in touch.

Skipping Coaches needed!
We are looking for Skipping Coaches who would like to take part in National Skipping Day 2016. Last year more than 250 schools and over 64,000 school children took part but this year we want to make it bigger and better than ever.

Thank you to Everyone Active at Rossmore and Ashdown and to all who took part in our Resist&Skip classes on the 26th and 27th September. It was a fantastic Open Day with a great variety of classes - thank you for letting us be a part of it.
Now the summer holidays are over, the Resist&Skip class starts up again at Pimperne School, near Blandford.
Classes start every Wednesday at 6:45pm to 7:15pm and cost just £2.50.
No need to book - just turn up on the evening.
All Resist&Skip ropes are provided at each class but if you would like to purchase your own rope so you can continue your exercises at home then you can buy on-line or at the class.

If you want to run your own fitness class but are looking for some inspiration then why not come along to Leisure Industry Week 22-23 September at the NEC Birmingham where Resist&Skip will be available to talk to you about running your own Resist&Skip class.
Resist&Skip is a new and exciting class which is already successfully run in local leisure centres. It is different and unique, but most of all great fun and all ages and abilities can take part. Classes can easily fit within a typical leisure centre's timetable or run independently at schools, clubs or village halls.

Rossmore Leisure Centre will be holding an Exercise Open Day on Saturday 26th September.
Resist&Skip will be holding a class from 12-12.30 so hurry and book your place - it is open to non-members so all you need to do is give them a call to book your space and you can trial one of our classes. Our ropes will also be on sale so you can give the class a go then if you like it you can buy one of our ropes and carry on your exercise routine at home!
