Your RESIST&SKIP® Fitness Rope will offer you either a total body or muscle specific workout, which will condition, tone & strengthen your whole body. This is a workout where heavy weights or other gym equipment are definitely not required!
RESIST&SKIP® Fitness Ropes have developed a range of fun, targeted & time conscious ‘do –anywhere’ ‘take-anywhere’ workouts. All of our ropes are light-weight but extremely strong, so you can take your workout with you where ever you are.

Our smaller Resist&Skip Fitness Rope's have been specially designed for smaller children. These ropes are shorter in length, have smaller handles and have less resistance making them ideal for younger children up to the age of around 10 years. What's more, they are tough. durable and built to last!
